'WHEN WE REALIZED THE NEED FOR A MINI-VAN DUE TO A GROWING FAMILY WE KNEW WE LIKE THE SIENNA SE. 'I ARRIVED AT SUNRISE AROUND 8:15AM. THE SERVICE ADVISORS WERE FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING; I ADMIT I WAS EXPECTING TO BE TOLD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR TOMORROW OR SOMETIME NEXT WEEK. INSTEAD, MY CAR WAS SEEN BY TECHNICIANS AND RECEIVED STANDARD OIL CHANGE SERVICE, TIRE ROTATION, AND THE PUNCTURED TIRE WAS REPAIRED. BONUS FOR ME ? THE SERVICE ADVISOR INFORMED ME THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF THE CAR HAD PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, SO I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY A DIME FOR THE SERVICE AND TIRE REPAIR!

I FOUND THAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO BE UNORGANIZED, UNFRIENDLY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AT SUNRISE TOYOTA, MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE.
