It is a commitment to provide each Sunrise 'Select' purchaser in the pre-booking of the 4 no-charge maintenance appointments and ensure that our Service team follow-up with the customer, confirming the next service appointment;

It provides an opportunity to assist the customer with additional service and maintenance requirements as required in the Manufacturers specific maintenance schedule;

It is an obligation to ensure we provide fair and competitive service pricing to retain our pre-owned customer, not only as a future Service customer, but long-time satisfied customer;

It is a commitment to provide fair-market pricing on both our Pre-owned vehicles and our clients trade evaluations based on current market conditions;

It is a commitment to provide clients with the information they need to help them make an informed purchase decision, including the sharing of available past service history, ICBC and/or CarProof data, the available lease & finance choices, and extended service contract options;

It provides peace-of-mind that all commitments made between the Dealership and the customer, are clearly outlined on both the worksheet and final purchase agreement;

It is a shared Sunrise Toyota commitment to provide a 2-year basic complimentary maintenance program and professional introduction and pre-booking with our Service Department;
